Provide interim strategic leadership for the school's Advancement function—oversee fundraising, marketing/communications, alumni relations, events, and advancement operations; manage and mentor the Advancement team; sustain fundraising momentum, strengthen donor relationships, ensure operational excellence, and prepare a comprehensive transition for the permanent Director of Advancement.

Leads fundraising, major gifts, annual giving, marketing, alumni relations, events, and advancement operations; manages a small team, sustains fundraising momentum, strengthens donor relationships, and prepares a transition to permanent leadership.

Lead and execute a comprehensive advancement program including fundraising, major and planned gifts, alumni relations, marketing and communications, events, and advancement operations. Manage and mentor the Advancement team, partner with the Head of School and boards, ensure donor stewardship and data integrity, and elevate the school's visibility and community engagement.
