Provides dining and customer service support in a luxury continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include serving residents, maintaining positive customer relationships, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working with limited supervision. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, reliable transportation, and successful completion of a background check, drug screen, physical exam, and COVID-19 vaccination verification.

Plans and leads fitness, wellness, recreational, educational, and social activities for independent-living residents. Coordinates daily programs and special events, prepares newsletters and activity calendars, promotes resident engagement, uses social media to highlight community life, and collaborates with departments to create welcoming experiences. Requires evening and weekend availability as needed.

Provides part-time campus safety for a senior living community by conducting interior and exterior rounds, monitoring reception, visitor screening, fire systems, and emergency pull cords. Responds to medical, fire, vehicle, mechanical, and security incidents; conducts resident, visitor, and staff wellbeing checks; and completes incident reports. The position works every other weekend during evening and overnight hours.

Leads psychosocial services for skilled nursing residents, providing counseling, advocacy, care coordination, discharge planning, family support, referrals, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ensures compliance with CMS, state, and regulatory requirements while supporting resident rights, care transitions, hospice and end-of-life planning, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Manages nursing care for assisted living residents, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, care-plan monitoring, admissions, and supervision of licensed nurses and caregivers. Coordinates staff scheduling and coverage, identifies resident health or behavioral changes, supports activities of daily living, communicates facility needs to health services leadership, and participates in daily operational meetings.

Provides front-desk reception services in a senior living community, welcoming residents and visitors, coordinating telephone communications, handling mail and packages, monitoring life safety alerts, assisting guests, and performing clerical duties. Maintains an organized reception area and delivers professional, compassionate customer service. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, monitors medical and behavioral changes, develops and reassesses care plans, administers care according to physician orders, and supervises resident assistants. Coordinates preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services while promoting resident independence, safety, engagement, and hospitality-focused service.

Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads, serves meals to health center residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, and transports food and non-food items. The role requires following therapeutic diet orders, understanding measurements, communicating effectively, showing empathy for older adults, and meeting physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and exposure to kitchen conditions.

Manages dining room operations and serving staff in a senior living community. Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, inventory, and customer experience. Provides hands-on table service, answers menu questions, clears dishes, and supports dishwashing while ensuring operational and budget standards are met.
