The Accounting Director serves as the onsite financial steward for a senior living community, overseeing accounting, billing, financial inquiries, reconciliations, and compliance. The role coordinates between the community, centralized finance teams, and regional finance leadership; supports residents, vendors, and department heads; resolves billing issues; and assists Marketing and Sales with prospective resident financial qualification and onboarding.

Leads regional marketing and sales strategy for senior living communities and health centers, driving brand positioning, occupancy, revenue, and move-in goals. Oversees marketing plans, sales execution, budgeting, CRM reporting, staff training, recruitment, performance management, and client relationships. Partners with community and corporate leadership to improve marketing and sales performance across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and health center services.
