Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency medical care and service to senior community residents. The full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and requires EMT or EMR certification plus 1–2 years of experience. Responsibilities involve supporting residents in a senior living environment while contributing to a caring, service-oriented team.

Leads occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect pipeline management, community tours, referral partnerships, and move-in conversions. Oversees local marketing, digital and print campaigns, community events, outreach, reporting, and compliance. Supervises marketing staff and collaborates with executive, corporate sales, and marketing teams to strengthen competitive positioning and resident satisfaction.

Provides dining and customer service support in a luxury continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include serving residents, maintaining positive customer relationships, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working with limited supervision. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, reliable transportation, and successful completion of a background check, drug screen, physical exam, and COVID-19 vaccination verification.
