Assists with residential property operations, including resident recertifications, leasing inquiries, unit tours, applications, lease processing, collections, eviction documentation, marketing campaigns, work orders, supply ordering, and regulatory compliance. Supports the Community Manager with administrative, financial, maintenance coordination, and resident service duties. The role is primarily office-based but includes property inspections, unit visits, evening and weekend work, and occasional exposure to environmental hazards.

Manages urgent-response assignments at multifamily communities until permanent management is restored. Oversees staff, leasing, resident relations, maintenance, inspections, compliance, budgeting, financial records, vendors, contractors, purchasing, and property operations. Travels extensively to assigned properties, leads emergency response and operational decision-making, maintains regulatory compliance, and ensures communities remain financially responsible and well maintained.

Supports employee relations and HR initiatives for designated business units. Provides performance management guidance, resolves complex employee issues, conducts investigations, advises on employment laws and policies, and partners with leaders on workforce planning, training, DEI, compensation, retention, and organizational culture. Analyzes HR trends and reports, collaborates with Talent Acquisition and HR teams, and serves as a strategic advisor to management across the Midwest region.
