Oversee execution to meet engineering specifications and compliance, support transmission, distribution, and substation work, and perform local site visits as needed.

Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client inquiries. Build carrier and client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, support producers, and maintain compliance with industry trends and regulations.

Manage commercial insurance client accounts and renewals, liaise between clients, producers, and carriers, handle endorsements/claims, maintain agency files, prepare proposals and reports, and use agency systems and Excel for premium tracking.
