Mix of office and local site visits with minimal overnight travel.

Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, client inquiries, and carrier relationships. Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, support producers, and maintain regulatory and industry knowledge while delivering excellent customer service.

Manage day-to-day service for commercial insurance clients: handle renewals, endorsements, quoting, carrier and producer liaison, policy documentation, audits, claims tracking, and use agency systems to maintain accurate client files and reporting.
