Develops and manages multi-year fundraising strategies for corporate, foundation, institutional, and individual donors. Builds donor relationships, cultivates prospects, and closes six- and seven-figure major and planned gifts. Advises on charitable giving, assets, blended gifts, and conservation priorities. Coordinates philanthropy teams, oversees program-related activities, tracks performance indicators, improves processes, and supports North American policy, government relations, climate mitigation, and trustee advocacy initiatives.

Leads global talent acquisition strategy and a small recruiting team while managing mid-level requisitions. Develops talent pipelines, advises senior leaders, partners with global recruiting stakeholders, and improves candidate and hiring-manager experiences. Oversees large recruiting projects and helps stabilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management system. Requires strong leadership, global collaboration, recruiting analytics, process improvement, and flexibility across time zones.

The Senior Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for the Midwest Division, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate screening, interviews, applicant tracking, hiring-manager guidance, and onboarding transitions. The role recruits for mid-level and leadership positions, partners with executive recruiters, maintains recruitment databases, develops proactive talent strategies, prepares reports, and ensures positive candidate and hiring-manager experiences while following organizational talent goals and best practices.
