Develop and manage multi-year principal-gift fundraising strategies for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and institutional prospects. Build and manage donor portfolios, qualify prospects, cultivate relationships, solicit and close seven-figure outright, planned, blended, and complex gifts, and oversee donor stewardship. The role partners across chapters and programs, manages trustee and volunteer relationships, negotiates sensitive agreements, tracks fundraising metrics, and works toward annual fundraising goals exceeding $2 million. Frequent short-notice travel and occasional weekend work are required.

Develops and coordinates finance training programs, curricula, communications, job aids, and support initiatives. Provides technical accounting and finance process guidance, identifies knowledge gaps, facilitates learning, supports Workday and related systems, manages documentation, and leads cross-functional projects to improve workflows, policy consistency, user adoption, and organizational effectiveness.

Coordinates internal communications projects, channels, events, workflows, stakeholder follow-up, translation and vendor processes. Drafts, edits and proofreads employee communications across newsletters, email, intranet and digital platforms. Maintains intake processes, dashboards, reporting tools and communications metrics while identifying engagement insights. Supports organization-wide initiatives and helps ensure consistent, timely communications through strong organization, project coordination, judgment and follow-through.
