Responsibilities include product recommendations, promotions, customer information capture, teamwork, training participation, and adherence to company policies. May perform ear piercings after training. Requires flexible scheduling, physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

They support promotions, customer loyalty, product preparation, store cleanliness, POS operations, and management functions. The role requires flexible scheduling, retail leadership ability, Microsoft Office and POS proficiency, extended standing and mobility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
