Provides exceptional customer service, achieves sales goals, operates POS systems, processes and stocks merchandise, maintains visual merchandising standards, and keeps the store clean and organized. Responsibilities include product recommendations, promotions, customer information capture, teamwork, training participation, and adherence to company policies. May perform ear piercings after training. Requires flexible scheduling, physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Keyholders deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, maintain merchandising standards, coach associates, process returns, supervise the sales floor, and perform opening and closing procedures. They support promotions, customer loyalty, product preparation, store cleanliness, POS operations, and management functions. The role requires flexible scheduling, retail leadership ability, Microsoft Office and POS proficiency, extended standing and mobility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
