Administers the full commercial contract lifecycle, including reviewing, drafting, redlining, negotiating, executing, and monitoring customer, subcontractor, and vendor agreements. Evaluates contractual risks involving indemnity, insurance, liability, payment, warranties, and termination. Maintains CLM records, tracks obligations and renewals, supports compliance audits, coordinates with internal teams, and improves contracting workflows. The role also provides guidance on risk allocation and contract requirements while supporting templates, playbooks, training, and negotiations.

Produces, edits, organizes, and distributes video, photography, motion graphics, and other multimedia content for marketing, recruiting, communications, training, events, and operations. Manages the full production lifecycle, maintains digital asset libraries, coordinates field production and freelance resources, supports events, and develops scalable content workflows across company locations. Periodic travel, equipment handling, and occasional evening or weekend work are required.

A 12-month, in-person management training program preparing candidates for Project Development Representative sales roles. The MIT will learn sales, operations, field services, customer relationships, commercial strategy, and project development while working with executive leadership. The role requires significant travel to branches, customer sites, jobsites, and training locations, followed by relocation to a company branch after successful completion. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, communication, initiative, relationship-building, coachability, and interest in a long-term industrial sales career.
