The Accounting Director serves as the onsite financial owner for a senior living community, overseeing accounting, billing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and resident and vendor financial matters. The role coordinates with centralized finance teams and regional finance leadership, resolves billing issues, supports department heads, provides financial insight, and assists Marketing and Sales with prospective resident financial qualification and onboarding.

Leads regional marketing and sales strategy for senior living communities, driving brand positioning, occupancy, revenue, and move-in goals. Oversees marketing plans, sales execution, budgeting, CRM reporting, staff training, recruitment, performance management, and community-level initiatives. Partners with operations leaders, executive directors, corporate teams, advertising partners, and owner boards to deliver measurable results across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and health center services.
