The Pathway of Hope Case Manager provides casework services to low-income families, managing assessments, goal setting, and community resources to help families achieve their goals.

Oversee daily shelter operations and staff supervision, coordinate client intake and placements, ensure safety and compliance, maintain HMIS and Salesforce records, prepare reports, liaise with community partners, and respond to emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.
