Manage accounts receivable across multiple entities and funds, including invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, collections, deposits, revenue coding, grant and contract billing, and reporting. Support month-end and year-end close, revenue recognition, audit preparation, internal controls, and accounting system maintenance. Collaborate with finance, advancement, program teams, funders, vendors, and donors to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented receivable transactions.

The Human Resources Generalist manages recruitment, onboarding, employee records, background checks, training compliance, benefits coordination, workers’ compensation, leave tracking, audits, and employee relations. The role serves as the primary HR contact for staff, coordinates with divisional HR, maintains confidential documentation, supports investigations and performance counseling, and ensures compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.

Oversees City Fund accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, government contracts, and internal and external audits. Supervises accounting staff, maintains banking relationships, advises program leaders, ensures compliance with funding requirements and GAAP, and supports financial planning and operational decision-making.
