Provide administrative and clerical support to the Territorial Kroc Director of Operations: manage schedules and travel, prepare documents and reports, transcribe meeting notes, coordinate projects and conferences, compile monthly Kroc Center statistics, and support strategic planning and resource dissemination.

The Assistant Aquatics Manager assists in managing aquatic programs and staff, oversees pool operations, develops programming, and ensures safety standards are met.

Support property project coordination and administrative operations, maintain project records, and ensure efficient property management services.
