Manage digital print and mailing projects from order entry through billing in an on-site print manufacturing environment. Coordinate customers, Sales, estimating, prepress, production, mailing, shipping, and billing teams. Review specifications, manage schedules and approvals, maintain job documentation, monitor milestones, resolve risks, communicate changes, support delivery and invoicing, and maintain customer relationships while improving processes and execution quality.

Feeds and supports web press operations by supplying paper, ink, and consumables; assisting with press setup, operation, and inline finishing; inspecting paper rolls; monitoring ink and fountain solution; recording production data; maintaining print quality; performing preventive maintenance; and following safety procedures. The role may perform Second Pressman duties, train crew members, and work overtime on second or third shifts.

The Quality Engineer develops and maintains quality standards and control systems, monitors performance metrics, conducts inspections and testing, investigates root causes, and implements corrective and preventive actions. The role drives Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement, process optimization, regulatory and EHS compliance, new product implementation, and data-driven problem solving. It also supports quality, safety, manufacturing, tool development, and cross-functional improvement projects.

Analyzes business processes, systems, data flows, and technology opportunities involving AI, automation, analytics, and workflow modernization. Translates stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Partners with technical and business teams through design, testing, deployment, training, and continuous improvement while supporting UAT, documentation, risk management, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Operates and supports the feeder section of Komori sheetfed presses on the third shift. Responsibilities include press setup, paper loading, make-ready, color and registration adjustments, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and training press helpers. The role requires maintaining quality, safety, and production standards while reading job tickets and handling physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working flexible shifts.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains secure AI-agent and automation solutions for enterprise and client operations. Builds LLM workflows, backend integrations, AWS serverless infrastructure, event-driven pipelines, database connections, monitoring, and deployment systems. Translates ambiguous business processes into reliable, validated, auditable solutions with human approval controls. Participates in stakeholder discovery, technical documentation, testing, deployment, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Operate and support web press production by assisting the First Pressman, preparing make-readies, monitoring print quality, verifying press settings, troubleshooting defects, and performing preventive maintenance. The role requires safe, efficient equipment operation, use of quality measurement tools, interpretation of production specifications, teamwork, and occasional assumption of First Pressman duties. Work is performed on second or third shift in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

Leads web press crews through setup, production, maintenance, and job changeovers. Operates and monitors web offset printing equipment, ensuring registration, color, folds, glue patterns, die cuts, perforations, quality, safety, and production targets meet specifications. Troubleshoots web breaks, coordinates repairs and shift handoffs, maintains housekeeping, trains crew members, and supports continuous improvement.
