Serves as the firm’s front-desk representative by greeting clients and guests, answering and routing calls, managing conference room reservations, updating calendars and directories, handling mail and deliveries, controlling office access, ordering supplies, and supporting office personnel with administrative tasks. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a professional, customer-focused approach in a legal office environment.

Represents detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings before Immigration Court, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Prepares defensive immigration applications, reviews USCIS filings, develops case strategies with clients, manages paralegals and caseloads, and drafts legal briefs. The role offers comprehensive training and collaboration with immigration attorneys and legal assistants.

Manage California tenant law cases from intake through resolution, maintain organized electronic files, collect documentation, track deadlines, coordinate appointments, and communicate timely updates to clients, attorneys, and other parties. Provide case preparation, follow-up, administrative, and virtual support while ensuring accurate case records and effective client service.
