Oversee hotel quality assurance by conducting operational audits, monitoring guest satisfaction, maintaining SOPs, ensuring health and safety compliance, documenting findings, training staff, and coordinating corrective improvements across departments.

Manages resort human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment, policies, investigations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, payroll, training, safety, grievances, and workforce engagement. Partners with department leaders and management to improve employee satisfaction, retention, legal compliance, and operational effectiveness while supporting HR budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives.

Assist in managing resort transport operations, including transfer scheduling, route planning, resource allocation, vehicle and vessel checks, driver supervision, staff scheduling, training, performance management, regulatory compliance, and support for transport-related issues across departments.
