Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy and industrial equipment; schedule and supervise technicians; enforce safety and compliance; manage warranties, customer complaints, and generate maintenance contracts.

Manage the dive center front desk: welcome guests, handle enquiries, process bookings and billing for dives, snorkels and rentals, register guests and complete liability forms, prepare daily schedules, coordinate with instructors and resort departments, maintain inventory and upsell courses, excursions and retail.

Prepare and cook menu items, bake breads and pastries, plate and present food, maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, follow HACCP and standard recipes, manage stocks, coordinate with team, attend briefings and training, and work under high-pressure conditions to deliver professional service.
