Manage accounting for mega or multiple large construction projects: process subcontracts and invoices, ensure accurate cost reporting and monthly P&Ls, produce owner billings, monitor cash flow and A/R, and perform cost transfers and lien waiver reviews while working independently with project teams and accounting leadership.

Manage and integrate engineering and design documentation for bids; review drawings and notify estimating staff of changes; manage subcontractor outreach, prequalification, and subcontractor database/ITB programs; maintain and train CRM users; upload documents to estimating systems; perform bidder research and provide general estimating department support.

Lead implementation of site-specific EHS programs for building projects, conduct inspections and audits, perform accident investigations and incident reporting, provide training and industrial hygiene/environmental monitoring, manage drug-free workplace testing, and maintain safety records and weekly EHS updates for project leadership.
