Oversee quality assurance and quality control for systems contractors on transportation infrastructure projects. Manage inspections, testing, audits, quality plans, nonconformance resolution, certifications, commissioning records, and turnover documentation. Coordinate with engineering, construction, systems integration teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners. Track testing progress, quality metrics, deficiencies, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable transportation standards.

Interns gain hands-on experience in project engineering, field management, estimating, preconstruction, and jobsite operations. Responsibilities include assisting project managers and field supervisors, estimating change orders, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling contracts and materials, maintaining documents, supporting safety management, attending meetings, and preparing RFIs and submittals. Conducts EHS assessments, employee training, accident investigations, environmental monitoring, subcontractor safety coordination, incident reporting, medical facility arrangements, drug-testing administration, project orientations, and weekly safety updates. Advises project management on industrial hygiene, corrective actions, risk reduction, and injury or property-damage prevention.

Manages health, safety, and environmental programs for construction transportation projects. Develops site-specific EHS plans, coordinates subcontractor protocols, conducts audits, inspections, accident investigations, environmental monitoring, drug testing programs, employee training, safety orientations, and incident reporting. Maintains regulatory records and provides weekly updates to EHS leadership while advising project management on hazard prevention, injury management, and compliance.

Manages construction-site health, safety, and environmental programs. Responsibilities include developing EHS plans, coordinating subcontractor protocols, conducting audits and inspections, investigating incidents, managing drug-free workplace testing, providing employee training, monitoring environmental and industrial hygiene conditions, maintaining regulatory records, and reporting weekly updates to EHS leadership.

Lead transportation construction projects from start-up through closeout, overseeing cost control, scheduling, QA/QC, contracting, staffing, client relationships, safety coordination, forecasting, and problem resolution while supporting program management.

Lead implementation and continuous improvement of project quality management systems. Coach project staff, conduct audits, manage inspections/testing, track KPIs and QIRs, coordinate with stakeholders, control material/testing quality, and help mitigate risk to improve project efficiency and profitability.

Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, analyze schedule impacts on cost and timeline, prepare reports, perform claim mitigation and time impact analyses, and support budget forecasting and risk assessments.
