Manage the performance of an underwriting operations team, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, talent development, performance improvement plans, and initiative prioritization. Coordinate with Underwriting Operations, oversee trainers, and ensure team members remain current on company programs. The role permits telecommuting and requires fluency in Mandarin, a master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance, and graduate coursework in insurance and operational risk management.

Lead and coach the Strategic Accounts team to acquire and grow enterprise clients, manage P&L and revenue targets, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasts, partner cross-functionally on product and GTM, and use data to improve client usage and uncover new revenue.

Build and maintain scalable backend microservices and developer-facing APIs, lead projects end-to-end, collaborate with product and engineering teams, design secure/versioned APIs, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC.
