Lead daily Front Office and Guest Services operations, supervise and develop staff, ensure exceptional guest service and Hilton standards, manage financial controls and cash handling, resolve guest issues, coordinate with departments, and support operational improvements and staffing needs.

Lead and supervise front-of-house operations for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. Coordinate hosts, servers, and bar staff; train and coach team members; manage scheduling, POS and cash procedures; handle guest issues and ensure health, safety, and service standards are maintained.

Oversee daily rooftop operations including food & beverage, entertainment, guest experience, and staff leadership. Ensure service standards, compliance with safety and liquor laws, support events/promotions, conduct training, and maintain visible floor presence during peak periods.
