Leads and inspires motion designers while providing creative direction for 2D and 3D animation campaigns. Develops storyboards and styleframes, oversees campaign assets, delivers hands-on design and animation, provides feedback, collaborates with clients, improves workflows, and supports budgeting and resource planning. Requires advanced motion design expertise, strong design and technical skills, and proficiency with Cinema 4D, Redshift, Adobe tools, and animation pipelines.

Creates 2D and 3D motion design and animation for web, social media, out-of-home activations, AR applications, microsites, and standalone content. Develops concepts from sketches through final animation, estimates task timelines, stays current with visual trends, solves project roadblocks, and collaborates effectively while responding to feedback and meeting deadlines.

Leads hands-on 2D and 3D motion design, including styleframes, storyboards, animation, and scene development. Collaborates with creative and production teams, solves complex creative and technical challenges, maintains high craft standards, mentors junior designers, estimates effort, communicates progress, and supports on-time project delivery across varied platforms and styles.
