Teams at Thresholds

Provide IPS-based employment support to people with severe mental illness: assess goals, remove barriers, build job-search and workplace skills, document progress, coordinate with clinical teams, and develop employer relationships to help clients obtain and maintain employment.

Provide peer-based support in a drop-in recovery center using lived experience to build community, teach living and coping skills, connect visitors to resources, and model recovery. Welcome clients, run activities, offer transportation when needed, and participate in on-call coverage. Support professional development and credentialing (CRSS).

Community Support Specialists provide mental health support through care planning and case management, helping clients improve their daily living skills and achieve personal goals.
