Provide community-based mental health and substance use support through care planning, case management, transportation to appointments, and assistance with daily living skills. Connect clients with resources, help navigate systems, and apply trauma-informed, harm-reduction practices while receiving clinical supervision and professional development.

Provide one-on-one employment support to people with serious mental illness using the IPS model. Help clients set employment goals, build resumes, prepare for interviews, navigate transportation, and maintain jobs. Network with employers, advocate for accommodations, document progress, and collaborate with clinical teams. Participate in training and supervision related to IPS, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction.

Participate in supervision and training to support clinical growth and client recovery.
