Own Thriveworks’ paid media program across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels. Manage large budgets, optimize campaigns through the full patient funnel, align spend with provider capacity, and maintain HIPAA-compliant tracking. Build automation and reporting workflows using Claude AI and the Google Ads API, direct creative testing, manage geo-level bidding and budgets, run A/B tests, and provide weekly performance recommendations to marketing leadership.

Supports cross-functional operational excellence initiatives by mapping workflows, documenting processes, coordinating projects, conducting root cause and gap analyses, preparing change-management materials, tracking performance metrics, and identifying process improvements. The role partners with teams across the organization to streamline operations, leverage technology, improve quality, and promote continuous improvement.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and healthcare business development roles, including sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, communicating opportunities, and tracking recruiting metrics through offer acceptance. The role is fully remote and requires strong candidate engagement, organizational, communication, and sourcing skills, along with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

Sources, screens, interviews, and closes offers with clinical professionals for therapy hiring needs. The recruiter uses job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools to identify candidates, conducts 25–30 interviews weekly, tracks candidates in Workday, meets hiring targets, and supports onboarding. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and independent time management in a fully remote environment.

Converts inbound inquiries into scheduled mental health appointments through consultative sales. Builds trust, assesses prospective clients’ needs, explains service value, overcomes objections, closes enrollments, and recommends alternatives when needed. Maintains sales and quality metrics in a high-volume remote call-center environment while providing empathetic client service and protecting confidentiality.

Lead revenue cycle operations, including patient accounts receivable, credit balances, eligibility verification, billing call center workflows, insurance denials, write-offs, collections, and outsourced vendor management. Develop KPIs, SOPs, training, and process improvements to reduce aging and denials, improve revenue integrity and cash flow, and enhance the patient financial journey across a multistate healthcare environment.

Provide remote clinical supervision to board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners: monthly 20–30 minute Zoom supervision per NP, same-business-day email/text availability M–F, chart/progress note review, brief documentation after each supervision, complete required annual training.
