Teams at Thriveworks

Provides clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians, including weekly group and individual supervision, documentation oversight, coaching, and performance collaboration. Maintains a minimum 10-hour weekly client caseload through telehealth and face-to-face behavioral health sessions. Requires independent Illinois licensure as an LCPC or LCSW and permanent Illinois residency. Clinicians treat diverse clients, including couples and children, using evidence-based care and telehealth technology.

Own Thriveworks’ paid media program across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels. Manage large budgets, optimize campaigns through the full patient funnel, align spend with provider capacity, and maintain HIPAA-compliant tracking. Build automation and reporting workflows using Claude AI and the Google Ads API, direct creative testing, manage geo-level bidding and budgets, run A/B tests, and provide weekly performance recommendations to marketing leadership.

Supports cross-functional operational excellence initiatives by mapping workflows, documenting processes, coordinating projects, conducting root cause and gap analyses, preparing change-management materials, tracking performance metrics, and identifying process improvements. The role partners with teams across the organization to streamline operations, leverage technology, improve quality, and promote continuous improvement.
