Responsibilities include welcoming residents and visitors, directing inquiries, managing calls, deliveries, packages, visitor traffic, communication records, emergency alerts, logs, and clerical support. The role requires flexible on-call availability, including days, evenings, and weekends, along with reliable attendance, multitasking, receptionist or office administration experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Lead sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy for a senior living community. Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry through move-in, conduct tours, build referral relationships, oversee marketing campaigns and community events, supervise marketing staff, track performance metrics, and present sales reports. The role partners with leadership and corporate marketing teams while ensuring ethical practices, strong customer service, and community awareness.
