Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating therapeutic and rehabilitative services, assisting with daily living activities, and supervising resident assistants. Maintains required healthcare standards and communicates resident and community conditions to the Director of Health Services while delivering hospitality-focused service.

Provide compassionate emergency medical response and high-quality care to senior community residents while delivering exceptional service. This full-time role works Tuesday through Saturday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and requires EMT or EMR certification plus 1–2 years of experience.

Supports the HR Director with full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline development, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire follow-up. Partners with hiring managers, develops recruiting strategies, maintains job postings and recruitment materials, and represents the organization at recruiting events. Also assists with benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training, HRIS administration, retention initiatives, employee events, and special HR projects.
