Leads onsite accounting, billing, and financial operations for a senior living community. Coordinates with centralized finance teams and regional finance partners, supports residents and department leaders, resolves billing and account issues, maintains financial accuracy and compliance, and provides real-time financial insight. Partners with Marketing and Sales on prospective resident financial questions and onboarding.

Provides front desk coverage for an independent living and rehabilitation community. Responsibilities include welcoming residents and visitors, directing inquiries, managing calls, deliveries, packages, visitor traffic, communication records, emergency alerts, logs, and clerical support. The role requires flexible on-call availability, including days, evenings, and weekends, along with reliable attendance, multitasking, receptionist or office administration experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Lead sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy for a senior living community. Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry through move-in, conduct tours, build referral relationships, oversee marketing campaigns and community events, supervise marketing staff, track performance metrics, and present sales reports. The role partners with leadership and corporate marketing teams while ensuring ethical practices, strong customer service, and community awareness.
