Manage day-to-day operations of a Class A residential property, lead property management and maintenance teams, oversee budgets and capital projects, manage third-party contractors, drive amenity engagement and tenant relations, and support leasing and event programming to deliver exceptional customer service.

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, central plant, control, and fire/life safety systems. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety, respond to tenant inquiries and emergencies, perform inspections, record readings, and mentor helpers.
