Leads and mentors security engineering teams while developing automation and SOAR capabilities for incident response. Supports digital forensics, malware analysis, threat intelligence, security investigations, and recovery across cloud and enterprise environments. Manages complex engineering initiatives, communicates technical findings to clients and stakeholders, maintains client relationships, and improves operational procedures. Requires strong programming, security tooling, leadership, analytical, and presentation skills. Regular travel up to 15% and overtime may be required.

Drive profitable growth by recruiting and expanding relationships with crop insurance agents across the eastern U.S. Perform targeted sales outreach, attend trade shows, monitor industry trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored agent solutions. Maintain producer databases, track sales metrics, ensure regulatory and SRA compliance, and travel extensively to support and grow books of business.
