Lead chargeback representment and recovery operations, manage the operations team and BPO vendors, optimize routing and triage, monitor win rates/SLA adherence, produce performance reporting, serve as primary escalation for complex disputes, and partner with Product/Engineering to automate and scale representment workflows.

Lead and build Topstep’s global in-house tax function, overseeing income and indirect tax compliance, ASC 740 provision processes, international tax and transfer pricing, managing external advisors, and developing a small tax team while implementing scalable processes and tax technology to support company growth.

Lead daily treasury operations and liquidity reporting, maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast, build dynamic financial models and scenario analyses, manage bank relationships and transactions, enforce treasury controls, support month/quarter close, and partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Tax to improve processes and executive reporting.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native, high-throughput payment and purchasing systems. Implement reliable backend APIs and modern frontends, embed automated testing and observability, champion event-driven patterns, and own operational readiness and scalability.

Lead and manage a team building and operating Topstep's Trading Platform. Accountable for team hiring, development, reliability, on-call/incident response, delivery cadence, and cross-functional partnership. As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll design and maintain scalable data pipelines, optimize workflows with dbt and Snowflake, and mentor teams across functions to enhance data reliability and performance.

Own and resolve complex, recurring trader-impacting issues by reproducing, diagnosing, and shipping code fixes.
