Manages the general ledger team and oversees payroll accounting, accounts payable coding and payouts, equity rollforwards, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly flux analysis. Reviews team deliverables, ensures audit readiness, maintains internal controls, supports multi-entity accounting, and partners cross-functionally on accounting processes. The role also drives process improvements in NetSuite and may assume additional ownership of intercompany, cash, leases, or fixed assets.

Owns accrued expenses, AP aging, contractor payments, capitalized software and fixed asset accounting, AFS securities, reconciliations, journal entries, monthly close, audit schedules, and process improvements. Supervises and reviews a GL Accountant, coaches team members, supports NetSuite automation, and partners cross-functionally to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records.

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 compliance. Oversee month-end close, GL, reconciliations, revenue and payout accounting, audits, internal controls, and ERP configuration. Build and coach the accounting team, drive process improvements, maintain audit readiness, and partner with executives on strategic finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
