Owns global payroll operations for approximately 320 employees across the US, Quebec, and the UK. Responsibilities include multi-jurisdictional payroll processing, Dayforce configuration and administration, tax and statutory compliance, retirement plan administration, reconciliations, reporting, audits, year-end filings, employee support, vendor management, and HR operations process improvement. The role serves as the payroll subject matter expert for system changes, integrations, and implementations.

Leads software development across mobile, web, backend, and quality teams. Defines engineering strategy, roadmaps, architecture standards, and delivery practices while managing managers, budgets, staffing, and organizational growth. Drives reliability, scalability, security, operational excellence, incident management, and performance metrics. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to align technology execution with business goals and customer needs, while fostering accountable, high-performing teams and advancing AI-native development methodologies.
