Participate in a 10–12 month manager development program focused on customer service, sales, consumer finance, and branch operations. Build customer relationships, recommend financial products, manage payment reminders and arrangements, support office goals, analyze loan documents, and develop leadership skills in delegation, recruitment, staff development, and performance management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to relocate upon promotion.

The Manager Trainee will learn customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations to develop leadership skills in consumer finance over 10-12 months.
