Performs RF coverage studies, device configuration, firmware/BIOS updates, documentation, client meetings, and mentors junior technicians. Heavy domestic travel required for physical installations.

Leads Trace3’s AI strategy for a priority industry vertical and assigned anchor accounts. Develops vertical AI narratives, executive relationships, roadmaps, business cases, governance models, solution architectures, accelerators, and reference architectures. Shapes and advances AI pursuits, guides use-case discovery and proofs of concept, ensures delivery fidelity, manages escalations, and measures business value. The role combines enterprise AI consulting, account leadership, executive engagement, opportunity development, and transformation leadership across areas such as financial services, healthcare, government, manufacturing, or retail.
