Hunt and close net-new mid-market accounts in industrial and manufacturing organizations. Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract negotiation, run technical discoveries and ROI business cases, build multi-stakeholder champions, maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot CRM, and navigate procurement and legal to close high-value deals. Travel up to 25%.

Design, implement, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI; manage CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Kubernetes and ECS clusters (including GPU workloads); integrate observability (Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry); enforce security and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001); handle DevOps/SRE intake, vulnerability response, and migrations from EKS to OKE.

Provide strategic corporate legal counsel across governance, fundraising, commercial transactions, employment, and cross-border matters. Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts, investor materials, and employment agreements. Drive revenue by prospecting new business, upselling existing clients, and managing relationships using HubSpot. Collaborate with sales and technical teams, represent Tractian at events, and report progress toward aggressive sales quotas.

Manage manufacturing maintenance customer projects, supporting CBM and CMMS initiatives to ensure ROI, satisfaction, and account expansion. Coordinate resources, lead implementations, perform onsite kick-offs and training, and drive continuous improvement and relationship growth.

Sell and demo Tractian's Smart Trac asset tracking and monitoring solutions. Qualify client needs, present technical ROI, manage pipeline in HubSpot, respond to RFPs/RFIs, collaborate with engineering for tailored implementations, gather feedback, and track industry trends.
