Own regional enterprise growth by defining sales strategy, recruiting and developing Account Executives, managing territory and pipeline, enforcing forecasting discipline, and partnering with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to expand adoption of Tractian’s maintenance and reliability platform.

Own and optimize Tractian's HubSpot CRM infrastructure: ensure data integrity, build integrations and automated workflows, develop reports and A/B tests, improve lead management and pipeline health, provide documentation and internal HubSpot training, and align GTM processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Provide strategic corporate legal counsel across governance, fundraising, commercial transactions, employment, and cross-border matters. Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts, investor materials, and employment agreements. Support due diligence, capital raises, investor relations, and deal structuring while collaborating with Finance, Sales, People, and Operations to mitigate legal and financial risk.

Drive revenue by prospecting new business, upselling existing clients, and managing relationships using HubSpot. Collaborate with sales and technical teams, represent Tractian at events, and report progress toward aggressive sales quotas.

Manage enterprise manufacturing customer accounts to drive retention and expansion by supporting CBM and CMMS projects, ensuring ROI, implementing projects, training stakeholders, and improving maintenance reliability.
