Partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and global stakeholders on forecasting, planning, audits, M&A, and process improvement. Leads TransUnion’s global indirect tax strategy, governance, compliance, audits, risk management, and technology transformation across more than 30 countries. Oversees VAT, GST, sales and use tax, digital services tax, external advisors, co-sourced providers, and tax technology initiatives. Partners with Finance, Legal, Technology, Procurement, and business leaders on taxability, acquisitions, restructuring, and market expansion while developing global policies, controls, and compliance processes.
