Drive forecast accuracy and demand planning, resolve supply and service issues with cross-functional partners, execute pricing and sales initiatives, analyze whitespace and SKU opportunities, and develop annual account plans with Commercial Finance to support growth.

Lead multi-site capital planning and execution for food manufacturing facilities, develop a 5-year capital plan, manage project KPIs (safety, CQV, budget, schedule), partner on procurement and business cases, mentor engineering staff, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver capital projects across the U.S. and Canada (≈50% travel).

Develop and improve statistical and machine-learning demand forecasts, analyze forecast accuracy and drivers, manage lifecycle events and new product introductions, lead IBP/S&OP demand consensus, perform portfolio consolidation and scenario analysis, partner cross-functionally to translate commercial strategies into demand impacts, support systems and process enhancements, mentor planners, and lead forecasting transformation projects.
