Leads end-to-end PCB layout for advanced space-borne electronic systems using Altium Designer. Designs dense, high-power, high-speed, RF, mixed-signal, and DDR4/DDR5 boards; manages stack-ups, impedance control, routing, thermal performance, manufacturability, documentation, and configuration control. Collaborates across electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and program teams, supports design reviews, prototype builds, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements.

Manages end-to-end proposal development from RFP analysis through submission. Coordinates engineering, business development, finance, contracts, and program management contributors; establishes schedules, tracks actions, ensures compliance and editorial quality, and facilitates technical estimates and requirements matrices. Maintains proposal data in CRM, Jira, and SharePoint, translates technical concepts into customer-focused narratives, and improves proposal processes, templates, and win rates.

Leads systems engineering for advanced spaceflight electronics, including RF, processing, networking, and data storage systems. Owns systems engineering processes, requirements verification, technical baselines, design reviews, technical trades, and program execution. Provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, supports IR&D and proposals, and contributes to complex aerospace hardware development from concept through qualification, production, and delivery.
