Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, monitors medical and behavioral changes, develops and reassesses care plans, administers care according to physician orders, and coordinates services with other disciplines. The LPN also delegates and supervises resident assistants, supports activities of daily living and resident independence, reports community and resident conditions, and maintains regulatory and hospitality standards.

Provides compassionate emergency medical and resident care in a senior community. Requires EMT or EMR certification and 1–2 years of experience. Full-time evening schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Provides safety and emergency response services for residents, staff, visitors, and the senior living campus. Conducts interior and exterior security rounds, monitors visitor screening and fire and emergency pull cord systems, responds to medical, fire, vehicle, mechanical, and criminal incidents, performs wellbeing checks, and completes incident reports.
