Provides supervised, hands-on training in clinical and biomedical engineering within a hospital environment. Responsibilities include shadowing engineers, responding to service calls, documenting repairs and preventive maintenance, calibrating and troubleshooting equipment, performing electrical safety and maintenance procedures, validating inventories, and learning vendor management. The intern works alongside experienced technicians while developing equipment repair and service skills.
