Responsibilities include market and client research, pitch and RFP materials, legal directory submissions, thought leadership, events, sponsorships, communications, attorney profile promotion, CRM and experience-management data, and internal coordination. The role requires strong project management, organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a professional services environment.

Manages paralegal support teams across multiple practice groups, overseeing hiring, onboarding, supervision, scheduling, performance management, development, compensation, and resource allocation. Partners with attorneys, management, Human Resources, and Legal Support Administration to optimize service delivery, improve productivity, support employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and strengthen retention. The role requires leadership of large legal support teams, coordination across locations and priorities, and strong communication, judgment, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.

Provides administrative, operational, and project support for firmwide inclusion and belonging initiatives. Coordinates meetings, events, affinity group activities, communications, budgets, surveys, records, and stakeholder follow-up. Supports Inclusion Team members, committees, leaders, and internal partners while maintaining confidential information and tracking engagement outcomes. Requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools in a professional services environment.
