Manages accounts payable and engineering-related procurement for a hotel. Responsibilities include researching vendors, opening credit accounts, obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, creating and closing purchase orders, processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and coordinating equipment repairs and service. The role also supports engineering and finance leadership with projects, room inspections, and inventory oversight.

Leads the hotel’s group sales strategy, revenue growth, account development, forecasting, and sales team performance for luxury corporate, association, incentive, and leisure clients. Builds key relationships, solicits and closes group business, manages proposals and contracts, attends client meetings and trade shows, and ensures seamless handoff to hotel operations. Oversees budgets, sales reporting, staff development, customer satisfaction, and achievement of group revenue targets.
