Leads the Proposal and RFP Submission team, overseeing staffing, workflow, quality assurance, reporting, compliance, and operational performance. Manages proposal requests, customer-facing submissions, audits, documentation, and collaboration with Sales and Underwriting. Provides strategic oversight of AI-enabled submission tools, Salesforce-to-Dynamics transformation, process governance, team development, and continuous improvement.

Manages large IT projects and programs across cross-functional teams, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates software development and infrastructure implementations, production releases, agile ceremonies, deployment readiness, and adherence to security and architectural standards. Develops project plans, statements of work, status reports, mitigation strategies, and communication plans while facilitating continuous improvement and mentoring junior project managers.

Serves as the accounting liaison between a business unit and Corporate Finance. Responsibilities include account reconciliations, journal vouchers, Workday support, variance analysis, banking and treasury activities, ICFR controls, process improvements, automation, and employee training. The role provides accounting guidance, resolves financial discrepancies, supports accounting projects, and ensures accurate financial reporting and compliant processes.
