Leads talent management strategy across North American client groups, including succession planning, talent reviews, HiPo development, retention initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and talent analytics. Partners with HRBPs and senior HR stakeholders to improve pipeline readiness and critical-talent outcomes. Manages and develops a growing team of Talent Management Partners, establishes operating practices, and collaborates with Learning & Development and other COEs to deliver development interventions.

Supports talent management and organizational development programs across North America, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, engagement surveys, competency models, inclusion initiatives, and employee experience. Creates eLearning and practical resources using adult-learning principles, supports leadership-program facilitation, analyzes talent data, develops communications, and improves HR processes in partnership with HRBPs, business leaders, and Talent & Learning teams.

Leads strategic account development and new-business capture for Lockheed Martin across TTM’s aerospace and defense electronics businesses. Builds executive and program relationships, identifies emerging opportunities, shapes requirements, develops capture and pricing strategies, coordinates cross-functional proposal efforts, and manages opportunities through award. Requires deep A&D electronics expertise, Lockheed Martin relationships, acquisition-process knowledge, and a record of major business wins. Travel across North America may reach 50%.
