Performs structural and load analyses, evaluates pole capacity, determines make-ready requirements, specifies upgrades, reviews engineering plans, resolves field conflicts, coordinates with utilities and attachers, supports inspections, develops cost estimates, and maintains GIS and asset records while ensuring compliance with NESC, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
