Provides operational and administrative support for corporate construction projects, including invoice monitoring, budget preparation, financial and statistical reporting, process improvement, policy communication, and issue resolution. Coordinates with internal departments, vendors, and clients to improve service delivery, maintain accounting standards, and support operational objectives. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

Lead up to five concurrent data center site development opportunities from letter of intent through lease execution. Responsibilities include program governance, risk and action tracking, milestone monitoring, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, and issue resolution across design, energy, cost, schedule, real estate, and client teams. The role requires driving accountability and outcomes across complex, rapidly evolving programs.

Lead and manage project cost and schedule controls for large construction projects: administer change control, contingency, budgets, invoices, earned value reporting, contract administration, closeout documentation, cost benchmarking, and progress/schedule tracking while coordinating with GCs, PMs, suppliers, and stakeholders.
