Lead developer-side data center projects from site identification and acquisition through design, permitting, construction, commissioning and handover. Serve as primary client representative, manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications, support procurement and value engineering, and identify opportunities to add client value and grow the practice. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence and site-selection programs for data center developments across North America. Manage client relationships, coordinate technical consultants, evaluate site feasibility (power, utilities, fiber, water, permitting, environmental), produce executive reports, manage schedules, budgets and risks, and support business development and delivery handover to construction teams.

Lead and manage risk management services for key client accounts, conducting assessments, producing reports, and enhancing risk management processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage contracts, and provide strategic advisory on risk-related issues.
