Leads project management operations for infrastructure construction programs, supporting business growth, client relationships, proposals, financial performance, staffing, and team development. Oversees project managers delivering corporate-campus and neighborhood infrastructure projects, coordinates with municipal authorities, manages client accounts, drives cross-selling and renewals, and supports project delivery, invoicing, forecasting, and profitability.

Manage scheduling for large-scale construction and capital programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau. Develop master and detailed construction schedules, apply critical path and rolling wave planning, resource-load schedules, track quantities and float paths, and produce look-ahead and monthly progress reports. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity, identify potential delays, analyze trends, and communicate project issues.

Oversee architectural design consultants throughout commercial project lifecycles, coordinating design reviews, client requirements, budgets, sustainability goals, permits, regulatory submissions, and construction administration. The role manages design deliverables, supports value engineering, mitigates schedule risks, resolves technical issues, and represents client interests while ensuring compliance with project briefs, codes, and quality standards.
