Owns strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlogs, and delivery for Turnitin Feedback Studio assignment workflows and LMS integrations. Collaborates with engineering, UX, customers, sales, marketing, and support to launch capabilities, analyze feedback and metrics, ensure accessibility and privacy compliance, and improve product adoption and satisfaction.

Build and migrate production data models from Alteryx to dbt, manage Redshift pipelines with Dagster or Airflow, and deliver stakeholder-facing Tableau insights for Revenue Operations. Translate technical data into business impact while supporting ABM, customer health scoring, predictive analytics, churn prediction, lead scoring, and AI/LLM initiatives using machine learning and Amazon SageMaker.

Analyzes sales performance, forecasts, quotas, pipelines, and market trends to support sales planning and revenue growth. Creates dashboards and automated reports using Tableau and Alteryx, tracks KPIs, maintains data integrity, and provides actionable insights to sales leadership. Partners with finance, marketing, product operations, and regional teams on pricing, commissions, forecasting, process improvement, and ad hoc analysis.
