Leads a multi-location managed services organization responsible for service desk delivery, endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and 24/7 customer support. The role drives service-level performance, standardization, automation, AI adoption, process improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational scalability. It partners with infrastructure, platform, sales, and solution teams to support service growth, customer retention, and expansion while developing managers and future leaders.

Leads the strategic vision, growth, roadmap, financial performance, and market positioning of Tusker’s Lifecycle Management Practice. Oversees endpoint lifecycle, configuration, break/fix, asset recovery, and decommissioning services while partnering with sales, architecture, marketing, operations, OEMs, and executives. Develops scalable offerings, supports solution scoping and go-to-market execution, improves delivery consistency and customer experience, and provides forecasts and strategic recommendations to leadership.
