Supports inside sales by researching IT solutions, preparing quotes, managing vendor registrations and pricing programs, processing orders, maintaining CRM and customer records, tracking deliveries, coordinating purchasing and accounting, and handling change orders and returns. The role also responds to customer inquiries, organizes meetings, monitors inventories, and provides basic product guidance while coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Leads virtual CISO engagements for assigned clients, advising executives and boards on cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, compliance, resilience, budgeting, and program maturity. Develops multi-year roadmaps, oversees assessments and third-party risk, guides incident response exercises, translates cyber risk into business decisions, coordinates delivery teams, supports sales pursuits, and mentors colleagues.

Administers and supports the company’s NetSuite environment, including saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, Suitelets, scripts, user support, system modifications, and process documentation. Collaborates with internal departments to improve efficiency and standardize processes. The role may also develop Power BI reports and support integrated systems such as ConnectWise and Channel Online.
