Leads enterprise revenue operations analytics and performance management. Owns KPI monitoring, forecasting, recurring analytical models, dashboards, root-cause analysis, intervention workflows, and executive reporting. Partners across Growth, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, HR, Finance, and Contact Center teams to improve data integrity, accountability, performance visibility, forecasting accuracy, patient visits, revenue, and operational consistency.
