Supports HRIS administration, workforce reporting, people analytics, and talent acquisition metrics. Develops recurring and ad hoc reports using Paychex, SmartRecruiters, Excel, and PowerPoint; analyzes headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, and leave data; audits data accuracy; identifies trends; and presents actionable insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Drives new patient acquisition through wellness screenings, workshops, expos, and community events.
