Serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff in a fully in-office law firm setting. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing calls, organizing physical and electronic files, preparing attorney binders and new matter files, handling mail, scanning and copying documents, and supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks.
