Lead GTM technology strategy and engineering for Sales and Marketing systems: architect scalable GTM infrastructure, drive AI automation across Gong/Salesforce/Clay, own tool intake and ROI modeling, manage vendor ecosystem, translate commercial workflows into technical blueprints, partner with engineering and BI, and drive adoption, enablement, and executive reporting for the tech portfolio.

Lead mid-market account acquisition and expansion for Uber Freight by developing relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite, managing the full sales cycle, forecasting pipeline, co-selling with Managed Transportation reps, mentoring teammates, and using CRM and sales intelligence tools to close complex, solution-based logistics deals.

Lead forecasting, pipeline governance, territory design, quota setting, and performance analysis for acquisition and expansion sales teams. Build dashboards, run root-cause analyses, support annual planning and present data-driven recommendations to sales leadership and executives to improve revenue outcomes.

Generate net-new business via high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email cadences, social selling). Qualify leads, set meetings, build and manage pipeline, conduct account research, partner with Account Executives on enterprise strategies, maintain records in Salesforce, and consistently exceed monthly goals.

Lead cross-functional commercial transformation initiatives to improve seller productivity, customer journeys, operating models, and performance. Diagnose complex problems, design future-state processes, build executive recommendations, drive implementation and adoption, and scale AI/automation to accelerate productivity across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Product, and Finance.

Serve as first line of contact for intermodal customers; monitor shipments, communicate status and accessorials, maintain rates in TMS, manage accounts receivable and billing readiness, and build carrier and customer relationships to meet operational metrics.

Own Salesforce data hygiene and admin, build recurring reports and dashboards, support weekly forecast and territory changes, provide frontline tooling support, perform ad hoc sales analyses, and maintain process documentation and playbooks for Sales teams.

The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst will build and improve financial models, support expense controls, develop project plans, and manage data analysis for strategic financial decisions.
