Monitor and manage first- and middle-mile transportation operations, track shipments, handle exceptions, coordinate carrier recovery and ETAs, communicate impacts to stakeholders, document incidents, support carrier onboarding, and participate in continuous improvement and daily operational reviews.

Lead and manage a team of operations coordinators and account managers supporting intermodal freight customers. Set strategy, translate business goals into operational plans, drive process improvements and data-driven decision making, allocate resources, present to customers, pursue account growth, reduce accessorial losses, and build cross-functional relationships to improve service and financial performance.

Lead GTM technology strategy and engineering for Sales and Marketing systems: architect scalable GTM infrastructure, drive AI automation across Gong/Salesforce/Clay, own tool intake and ROI modeling, manage vendor ecosystem, translate commercial workflows into technical blueprints, partner with engineering and BI, and drive adoption, enablement, and executive reporting for the tech portfolio.

Lead forecasting, pipeline governance, territory design, quota setting, and performance analysis for acquisition and expansion sales teams. Build dashboards, run root-cause analyses, support annual planning and present data-driven recommendations to sales leadership and executives to improve revenue outcomes.

Generate net-new business via high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email cadences, social selling). Qualify leads, set meetings, build and manage pipeline, conduct account research, partner with Account Executives on enterprise strategies, maintain records in Salesforce, and consistently exceed monthly goals.

Lead design and governance of enterprise data products and cloud-native data platforms on GCP. Define architecture standards, data modeling, observability, and governance. Drive Data Mesh/Fabric adoption, enable AI/ML workloads, mentor teams, lead cloud modernization and architecture reviews to deliver scalable, secure, high-value data products.

Lead consolidation of financial data into a unified P&L, partner with Data Engineering to build automated pipelines and validation, define unified data strategy across business units, produce executive readouts, build scalable financial models and forecasts, and manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion while driving innovation.

Lead Uber Freight's experiential marketing program: own the events calendar, plan and execute trade shows and hosted experiences, manage vendors and budget, align with Sales to drive meetings and account growth, track event ROI, and maintain internal event visibility. Requires onsite leadership and up to 25% travel.

Serve as first line of contact for intermodal customers; monitor shipments, communicate status and accessorials, maintain rates in TMS, manage accounts receivable and billing readiness, and build carrier and customer relationships to meet operational metrics.

Lead Logistics Engineer designs and optimizes large-scale freight networks, applying optimization and analytics to improve routing, capacity utilization, cost, and service. Builds repeatable analytical frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs using SQL, Python, Excel, BI tools, and GCP; partners cross-functionally to deliver data-driven recommendations and scalable solutions.
